I often hear people wondering if their allergy symptoms are caused by cedar pollen. The definitive answer is available via scratch test from a doctor who specializes in allergies. But a pretty good hint might come from how bad your symptoms are relative to cedar pollen levels. Have a look at the graph below (you can click on it to make it bigger). If you were feeling bad on the days when the cedar pollen counts were high, then chances are good that you are having an allergic reaction to cedar.
